Authorize the City Manager to sign a purchase agreement with Motorola Solutions for new police and fire radios.
STRATEGIC PLAN:
BACKGROUND:
The current public safety radios used by police and fire have reached the end of their life. The ability to provide necessary software and firmware updates to the existing fleet of radios has sunset. This purchase agreement will replace both portable and mobile radios for both organizations. The replacment of these radios was approved in the FY-27 via project code FE06 in Fire and GF166 in Police.

FISCAL EFFECTS:
This project is budgeted in the FY-27 Capital Improvement Plan and has annual subscription payments that will be made out of each respective department's budget.
