6.1 Clean Water Supplies: Ensure adequate supplies of clean water for today and tomorrow.
BACKGROUND:
The City of Bozeman Water Conservation Division leads a comprehensive water conservation program. Drought management is an important component of the program. In 2022, the City of Bozeman adopted a Drought Management Plan and has made continual progress on implementation.
Water Conservation Manager, Jessica Ahlstrom, will present an overview to the Sustainability Advisory Board on the City of Bozeman's drought monitoring, drought rates, watering restrictions, and community engagement tools. Following the presentation, the Sustainability Board will have an opportunity to ask questions.
