Consider the Motion: I move to adopt A Resolution Adopting Corrected Resolution Numbers to Correct an Administrative Error

BACKGROUND:

On August 25 the City Clerks' Office identified a numbering error due to typographical error on the spreadsheet assigning numbers resulting in the duplication of Resolutions 2026-28 through 2026-45.

The attached resolution assigns new numbering in alignment with what their correct numbers should have been but for the typographical error. This Resolution will be numbered at the end of the corrected sequence to continue the numbering going forward.

The City Clerks' Office will link this resolution with all corrected resolutions and indicate on the affected resolutions the corrected number to display in the Laserfiche repository.
