RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize the City Manager to sign a task order 1 with Cascadia Partners for economic development and community housing services.
STRATEGIC PLAN:
BACKGROUND:
Cascadia Partners was selected alongside Economic and Planning Systems for a five year term contract following a competitive request for proposals (RFP) process. Cascadia will provide highly technical professional services to support the City's economic development and community housing programs. The
Task Order 001 will allow Staff to utilize Cascadia's expertise on an as-needed, time and materials basis as relevant opportunities arise.

As recommended by the City Commission.
FISCAL EFFECTS:
Task Order 1 for economic development and community housing services is a time and materials task order not to exceed $20,000. The money is available in the professional services budget line item for the Economic Development Department, the North Park Urban Renewal District, the Northeast Urban Renewal District, the Midtown Urban Renewal District, and the South Bozeman Technology District.
