Authorize the City Manager to Sign a Professional Services Agreement with Hale Creative Consulting LLC for Staff Training Services for the Parks and Recreation Department.

BACKGROUND:
The Parks and Recreation Department holds all staff meetings three times per year. To keep these trainings fresh, our next meeting will utalize a professional training consultant.

Funding is allocated for these services within the FY27 budget in-state training budget.
