Authorize the City Manager to sign a Notice of Award and contract documents for public nuisance abatement services with Clean Slate Group FY27-FY29
STRATEGIC PLAN:
BACKGROUND:
The City of Bozeman has historically abated properties which constitute public nuisances pursuant to Bozeman Municipal Code Chapter 16 article 2 and article 3. The most recent contract expired in 2021 and was re-posted in 2022 through a Request For Proposal (RFP) with no apparent bidders. A new RFP was drafted for nuisance abatement services and two bids were received by the City of Bozeman. This service provides the City of Bozeman staff with ability to restore properties to their original landscape, and provide the Quality of Life within neighborhoods that our community expects and deserves.

FISCAL EFFECTS:
Neighborhood Services was approved $10,000 within our operating budget to execute these services. This will be through the general fund.
