BACKGROUND:

The following items are presently scheduled for the upcoming October 5, 2026, Community Development Board meeting:

1. Presentation on the Bozeman Creek Vision Plan [external link].

2. Review of potential expansion of the Downtown Urban Renewal District and consistency with the Bozeman Community Plan.
