Authorize the City Manager to sign a First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Clean Slate Group for Professional Services Agreement for Code Compliance Snow Removal Services 2025-2026
STRATEGIC PLAN:
BACKGROUND:
This contract is for snow and ice removal services for delinquent properties contrary to the Bozeman Municipal Code requirements of property owners to remove snow and ice deposits from their adjacent sidewalks. This original professional services agreement was approved December 2025 and this amendment is to execute the provision of the contract to extend the contract to June 2027.

FISCAL EFFECTS:
Abatement services are invoiced to the City of Bozeman, which then mail invoices to the property owners responsible. The fiscal effect to the general fund is negligible.
