BACKGROUND:
Dan Clark, Director of the MSU Local Government Center, will provide an overview of effective meeting management practices and the most common parliamentary procedures, offering practical tools to improve meeting efficiency, participation, and decision-making. INC reps will have an opportunity to ask questions after the presentation.
