RECOMMENDATION:
Authorize the City Manager to Sign Amendment 4 to Task Order 3 of the Professional Services Master Task Order Agreement with HDR Engineering Providing for Construction Phase Services for the WRF Solar Project
STRATEGIC PLAN:
BACKGROUND:
The City Commission authorized a construction contract award to OnSite Energy for the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF) Solar Project on August 18, 2026. Construction phase services are needed to administer the construction contract to ensure the work is completed in conformance with the project plans and specifications. HDR Engineering prepared the project plans and specifications for the project under Task Order 3 of the professional services master task order agreement. Amendments 1 thru 3 of Task Order 3 respectively provided for two rounds of bidding phase services and direct contract negotiations support. The attached Amendment 4 adds construction phase services to Task Order 3.

As suggested by the City Commission.
FISCAL EFFECTS:
The negotiated cost for Amendment 4 is not to exceed $106,15.67. The total cost for Task Order 3 as amended amounts to $257,302.67. Amendment 4 is funded by project ‘WW155 – WRF Solar Arrays’ in the wastewater fund capital improvements plan. Sufficient funding is available.
