Explanation of Request:
The City of Boynton Beach is responding to years of complaints about parking issues in residential neighborhoods involving parked vehicles in yards, sidewalks, and blocking roadways. The city has taken a proactive approach to complaints and concerns that blocks roads that create obstacles for first responders and citizens with disabilities.

City Ordinance 14-5. dictates how the Boynton Beach Police Dept. and Code Enforcement enforces the parking ordinance.
