BACKGROUND:
The Youth Council previously approved both a Social Media Calendar and a Social Media Policy to guide consistent communication and outreach. To move forward with implementation, the Youth Council now needs to set a dedicated meeting date to create and review content. This step is essential as we launch an official Instagram account and begin posting regular updates. Setting a consistent meeting date will help ensure that content is planned, organized, and aligned with the Youth Council’s approved guidelines.
Staff will facilitate a discussion to coordinate dates, times and content related to the Youth Council Instagram account.
