STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

BACKGROUND:
To keep the City Council and the public informed of the progress and status of various capital improvement projects, staff has prepared the attached Public Works CIP Tracking List, which will be updated and presented on a monthly basis.
The tracking list includes planning, environmental, design, and construction contracts previously approved by the City Council and/or the City Manager’s Office and currently managed by the Public Works Department.
JUSTIFICATION:
This recurring item is provided to keep the City Council and public apprised of the progress on certain projects.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Not applicable.
