BACKGROUND:
The Parks and Recreation Trunk-or-Treat event is designed to offer a safe, family-friendly Halloween experience for our community. Youth Council members typically assist with setting up the event and contribute their own decorated trunk. This year, the Youth Council is being asked to enhance the event with music by providing a family-friendly playlist to be played throughout.
Staff will lead a discussion to coordinate plans, schedule tasks, and assign responsibilities to the available volunteers for the event.
