The following licenses are eligible for renewal: 

  1. Aldi Inc 48, 108 South 5th Street, Class B Retail Alcohol License
  2. Boulder Tap House, 114 South Duff Avenue, Class C Retail Alcohol License
  3. Flip'N Jacks Pancake House & Eatery, 1520 South Dayton Place, Class C Retail Alcohol License
  4. Hy-Vee Food & Drugstore 2, 640 Lincoln Way, Class E Retail Alcohol License
  5. Hy-Vee Food Store 1, 3800 W Lincoln Way, Class E Retail Alcohol License
  6. Sips and Paddy's Irish Pub, 126 Welch Avenue, Class C Retail Alcohol License with Outdoor Service, Pending Dramshop Review

 

A review of police records for the past 12 months found no liquor law violations for Aldi Inc, Boulder Tap House, Flip’N Jacks Pancake House & Eatery, Hy-Vee Food & Drugstore 2, and Hy-Vee Food Store 1. Therefore, the Police Department recommends license renewal for these businesses.

 

A review of police records for the past 12 months found 6 violations for minors prohibited on certain premises at Sips and Paddy's Irish Pub (one license). Of those, two individuals possessed fake IDs. One violation was found for possession of a fake ID. Officers will continue to monitor the business for liquor law violations and offer ID training for staff members. The Police Department recommends license renewal for this business.
