The ordinance regarding rezoning 5571 Hyde Avenue (Hayden's Preserve) to partially rezone the site to Floating Suburban Residential Low (FS-RL) Density with an Amended Master Plan is attached. Because staff is continuing to work with the developer to finalize the Development Agreement, staff is requesting to postpone third reading and adoption to the October 27, 2026, City Council meeting.
