City staff has spent a significant amount of time negotiating this contract and bond in consultation with the City Attorney and mutually agreed upon terms that will allow for continued progress at the Resource Recovery and Recycling Campus (R3C).
This item is for approval of the bond only.
There is no Council Action Form for the R3C Bid Package No. 14-1 Elevator Lift Work to TK Elevator Corporation of Atlanta, GA, in the amount of $109,800. City Council approval of the bond for the project is simply fulfilling a State Code requirement.
