The ordinance regarding rezoning for Greenbriar Development at 4600 George Washington Carver to Floating Suburban Residential Low (FS-RL) Density with Master Plan is attached. Because staff has not yet received a final plat for this development, staff is requesting to postpone third reading and adoption to the October 27, 2026, City Council meeting.
